Hold, hold . . .
Well, I am not 200 pounds yet, but I am still 204. I was afraid I was going to gain weight during the holidays.
We spent the night with friends in Austin for New Year's Eve. My girlfriend cooked a to die for meal, totally vegetarian. She made a salad with fresh orange slices, thin slices of red onion, avocado, almonds and black olives. I made her take a picture of the table, because, I swear, it looked like something out of better home and garden magazine.

We ate and drank red wine until our lips and teeth were purple. I did not make it to see the ball drop at midnight. LOL
I know that I will continue to eat healthy and somehow, this year, I will find an exercise I will do. Hang in there with me, and I will get to my target weight of 150 or less.
